Staff is extremelly friendly and the common area really good!
They have a small kitchen which you cna use and also paid drinks (where you self-serve and just deposit money in a box, based on trust, that is really great)
Bathroom and room was clean with no smells.

I think this is the best ever place I've visited regarding well-thought, compact design vs the amount of activities available - in all 32 countries I've visited so far.
A very small complex; having bowling, billiards, restaurants (the microwave was left outside, I could easily warm my kid's milk even when it was closed), gaming area (arcade), the accommodation itself, a wellness center, a (proper, really big) supermarket, a few other shops with everything entertainment you need, and probably even more - within literally 1m of walking from your hotel room, and all this is covered and closed. And best thing is: Everything is accessible using your watch (including your hotel room) even while you're swimming!
The app makes everything super organized, letting you get the maximum out of every hour. There are activities for every minute of the day.
The reception is a 2m walk from the complex. The lake (with boats you can sail yourself), the kids farm, the golf area (both for kids and adults), tennis, badminton, and more - all just 1m walk.
The swimming pool is covered, so you enjoy everything without caring about the weather outside.
What is fascinating for me is how well-thought the place is. Even when you enter the toilet, there is a small & low sink for your kid. The hotel building had a few chairs and tables, where we could sit after the kids have slept and play card games.
The staff was excellent. Everything I asked for got actioned almost momentarily, including the weird music that started off the loudspeakers at 23:00.
In short: This has - from the first time - become my weekend go-to after the first visit. To the genius that created this place: You're awesome, the world needs so many more of you!

Very nice cottage located outside of the city. Close to shopping. Very little traffic. Near animals such as chickens and goats. Family loved it.
I just cycled through the village. It was sunday and very quiet. I ate at the restaurant De Vier Linden and the food was awesome! It's easy to get around Vierlingsbeek for me since I was on the bicycle.

A small village that is quiet and pretty.
A small village that is quiet and pretty. Some interesting buildings to see and the area around it is famland and some forests. Lots of excellent walking routes with information and signage. One of the more prettier parts of the Netherlands.

The village itself isn't to exciting.
The village itself isn't to exciting. Small with only a few points of interest. One of them should be mentioned. It's the landscape artpeace "lemniscaat" by a Japanese artist, but build by Peter of Perron 22, who can tell you all about it. But it lies at the foot of the Unesco nature area Maasheggen. If you like walking, this is the place to be.
