Staff was not friendly rude. No help with the suitcases & no carts.
Parking was very expensive when I booked it did not indicate was parking I must pay.
Towels were terrible old.
Could not adjust room temperature.
I will not recommend this hotel for the money I paid!

chose the accommodation for the purpose of sightseeing in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, the distance to the center is about 45 minutes by car - considering the price, it was completely satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, clean and as it was on offer, it really was.. I warmly recommend it..
