Everything went well. Near the RIA, the metro station. You can walk to the center. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and polite.
This is a top-class hotel. I reported a ventilation issue & was upgraded promptly. This is the customer focus I expect.
Though the restaurant is a bit expensive, the bar isn't bad, and is exquisitely decorated & cosy.
The gym is decent enough, the games room a nice touch, staff are attentive & professional.
Piotr the barman gets special mention as a highly professional, sociable & welcoming host. He is a serious guy, it's not "just a job" - great hire Park Plaza.
Amazing room very spacious, the snack vending machine with wine and beer downstairs is ideal for late arrival or drinks. Toilet separate from.bathroom is a plus! We've booked the parking lot for long stay while we were on vacation departing from schiphol. 8 days parking for 40 euros, shuttle to airport is 5 euros or Uber 12 euros.
Fantastic buffet breakfast and buffet dinner both reasonably priced. Staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was huge and really comfortable the room very clean. Its not central to Amsterdam but public transport links are excellent the tram into the centre being a 15-20 minute walk away. Would highly recommended.
