Very kind reception team, I arrived with my bicycle and with a deposit (fair for both parties :-)) I was allowed to take my bicycle up to my room, so I did not have to remove all the bike packing bags.

Staying in a suspended box in the rafters of an old church was an unusual and almost exciting experience!
The house perfect nice very clean. The house is a fine location too.
Very pleasant person that is the owner, kudos for that.
The only issues are: The Wi-Fi there is horrible TV channels not allot.
The park itself has not allotted option no shop, so you have to drive 15 miles (ca. 24 km) to the nearest shop.
Swimming pool is fine to
Wi-Fi is a nightmare, so make sure you have a lot of data.
Reception closes at 17, so make sure you're there before when you need something.
So the house gets an 8 from me.
The park overall gets a 4 for me, they really need to do a thing about that

Lathum as a place is all about the lake.
Lathum as a place is all about the lake. Some towns worth a visit are Doesburg, Zutphen, Velp and Rozendaal.
The main attraction is the National Park de Veluwezoom, where you can hike and/or bike in steep paths. The highest point in Gelderland "De Imbosch" is reachable by almost every level of fitness.
