Very nice, pretty, quiet and clean apartment with all the needed amenities. The location is perfect, close to the train station, a supermarket and a big shopping street with nice restaurants.
The external heater was a very good addition as the apartment was a bit cold in the beginning. The pillows and blankets were great.

De Achterdiek is by far the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed at! The rooms are spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The owners are lovely and super welcoming, they gave us a tour of everything right upon arrival and made us feel right at home. The place is idyllic and quiet, and there are a lot of adorable animals around the home. You definitely have to try the breakfast - it's incredibly delicious and offers everything from coffee and juice to eggs and a variety of bread. Everything is made with love and you can tell that they put a lot of effort in every detail. Everything is perfect and it will make you want to stay as long as possible. Thank you for having us, we loved to stay with you and will definitely come back!

The apartment is located in an old house, not far from the centre of Hoogeveen. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen small but provided with everything you need including dishwasher. The mattresses were comfortable, the shower good, everything spotlessly clean. Good instructions on how to use everything. The host is very friendly. There is parking on the premises.
All employees at the hotel , especially at the reception were really helpful. I would like to highlight the extraordinary customer focus and the support from the colleague in the afternoon shift at the reception, as he was a big help for us even with the charging problems of the electric car we had. On the top of that on a Sunday evening...
