Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very stylish, in an old building, but with lots of character. Room was comfortable, a bit small and sometimes you could hear neighbours or people walking on the corridors.
It was about a 20 min walk to the center of Hilversum.

The accommodations are half the price of the Holiday Inn at the train station in Amsterdam with a much bigger suite and a good kitchen. We rented a car at the airport which worked out well. There was free parking everywhere outside Amsterdam. Hilversum is filled with good restaurants and is a beautiful smaller city.

I'm my booking I asked for a single double bed but the hotel told me booking.com did not inform then so I had 2 single bed which I did not like . So I dad to downgrade my room to get a bed that I like without any refund.

We had a wonderful experience at Hilversum's apartments. It was clean, fully equipped and they helped us even if we checked in late at night. The location is good. They're next to the train station, supermarkets and stores.
This is my ‘go-to’ hotel when visiting family in Hilversum. Great position for me and so easy to reach from Schipol by train. Breakfast is good, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable.
What an amazing little gem; right in the middle of Hilversum, near motorway and train station. Lovely hostess and an amazingly well stocked fridge with lots of goodies. Would definitely recommend and go back.
