Situated in a former detention centre in the historic centre of Roermond, Het Arresthuis offers luxurious rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Facilities include a sauna and a gym.
This is a lovely small hotel with traditional character, run by a local family. The owner and staff were helpful and the Continental breakfast was superb, with the best bread basket we have ever seen! Despite what it says says on the website, there's a free and safe carpark on site. Location was excellent for us, being in a small village with many local shops and resturants just minutes walk away.
A very pleasant stay in this charming hotel. We loved the garden area and breakfast was very good. It was very hot so the airconditioning was most welcome.
