The location was great! Just in front of the Sint Pancratiuskerk church which was always visible from my room window. Cleaning was done every single day and new towels were provided. My room was a double bed, it had ample amount of space, nice decoration and great view. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of items that you cannot even finish all of them.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by Ed and Frans. The place is warm and cozy with a very familiar vibe, as if I was staying at a family friends house. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and even made me a packed lunch to go to work with the next day because I was leaving early for work and missed the breakfast.
I also had the Schnitzel dinner which was amazing.
I would for sure go back here and reccomend anyone else to stop in whether it's for a night or just a meal.to check out the vibe.

Heerlen is small, welcoming and clean -- lots of nice restaurants and a fabulous Greek restaurant "El Greco" on Pancratiusplein 39. We would go to the El Greco again and again! Indoor skiing at Landgraaf not far away.

I spend 2 days, in which 1 day goes to Aachen (Germany), and the other day to Gaia Zoo and Kasteel Hoensbroek.
The public transport is convenient, if you plan your trip in advance.
The owners are very friendly, with a warm welcome drink to start the stay.
It is good value for money, with a simple but still good breakfast included.
Location is good as well, not far from the train station, and also have direct bus connection to attractions like Gaia Zoo, Kasteel Hoensbroek.
The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Though the room was very small it was clean. I really liked how they had common rooms with books and free coffee/tea. You can catch glimpses of the glory days of this aging hotel in these spaces on the second level.
We have visited this hotel before and promised we would return. Our second visit was equally as good as our first visit. Great food great location great staff. We will return again in the futuer
