Everything was very good: excellent communication, getting and returning the keys was uncomplicated, the apartment is in pristine conditions, parking is handy and for free, the wifi was fast and reliable, for the purpose of my visit the location was very convenient. I'll be coming back if available!
Harderwijk was surprising. I hadn't visited the city for decades so I was pleasantly surprised of the transformation of the small lakeside town.
The waterside is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The food choices are plentiful and there are enough terraces to chose from. If you like water, take a guided tour through the canals and lake, like the one from the windmill. We visited in september and the city was still lively partly because of the wonderful weather. Go visit Harderwijk's city center and enjoy the scenery!
The staff is very nice and when we arrived a little early our room was already available. The hotel is in the middle of the center of Harderwijk and is close to the new part with its beach and fish restaurants. Our room was on the third floor so we had to walk some steep stairs. So keep that in mind when you bring heavy suitcases.
We will definitely come back!
All in all the hotel, the rooms and the breakfast is high quality. I have a light sleep but because of the good insulation you hear not much/nothing from other rooms or the hallway. I can recommend the breakfast! Freshly made French Toasts, fresh buns, many fruits and on and on
