Everything about the property was excellent.
We were on motorcycles and were told we could use the car port to park which is really handy and secure.
Location was 1 minute from train, but not noisey and 5 mins from town and restaurants.
Breakfast was excellent.
Due to road closures we arrived late but the keys were hidden for us and entry was simple.
Really close to the TT circuit at Assen.

Very nice and cozy place, 25 min walk from Hardenberg center. Or 10 min bike, no public transport. There was a nice little garden in the back to relax and sit down, the walk along the canal is fantastic. If you have your own bike it's really worth it for travelling in the Netherlands but the host has a decent one you can rent for the day for 12 euro.
The host was extemely nice and welcoming, the included homemade breakfast is super tasty and hearty as well! Everything was clean and well maintained.

You must know that this is not five star hotel but normal house, where you can fell like in own home, thats why you can not find bathroom in your room !!! - its normal and without any problems. All is clean, all is like home, rooms, bathroom, kitchen,...
