Everything...like basically everything. The staffs, facilities, neighbourhood, perfect location. Westford Fashion hotel made our stay awesome, fantastic.
I love idea of the bathroom been separated from toilet 😅., though a lil wash handbasin will be good in the toilet but not important.
I will be visiting soon again and everytime i am visiting Amsterdam. Thank you for the surprises, we didn't expect it but we were thrilled & felt honored.
I will recommend this hotel 💯 if you wanna have a relaxed, comfortable and superb experience.
Everything is outdated and looks tired. Needs a spruce up for the price being charged. To charge for Linen and then provide torn sheets. No towels. Dirty and broken shower. Narrow uncomfortable beds...the list goes on.. Just not a nice experience overall and regret booking this place

Thanks a lot to the person who helped us with our dinner 🙏🏻 (by a mistake, we bought some stuff that needs to be cooked at the supermarket, but we got a friendly help at the hotel).
Also the room was warm and clean, and the bed is comfortable to sleep 👍
Chalets are large and spacious with a good size bathroom and shower. Restaurant on site is very good, Sophia's Italian, and also a good take away service with 'Crazy Fries'. Close to the railway station with free parking, Halfweg-Zwanenburg, only 2 minutes by car and the journey to central station is 10 minutes with a train every 20 minutes.
