The Room was really big and comfortable. Clean, Quiet, Friendly staff, who helped us out when we had to check in earlier than normal because we were not able to be there again after midnight, no problem at all! Lovely breakfast too.

The spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is convenient for just in case situations. Towels were perfect just as the beds. Coffee tasted good in the room. Breakfast was good enough. Ambience of the accomodation as well as the breakfast section was nice. Staff super friendly even when we arrived a bit late in the evening and that the key was left in a cabinet outside and a note posted on the reception entrance door for us. Plus it came in handy it was near the Arcen Castlegarden we planned to visit (1 minute drive).

The food is wonderful too , delicious breakfasts and dinners on the terrace overlooking the gardens and lakes. Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was huge and modern, quiet and clean. It's a lovely place just over the border from Germany, so you can go and shop there, and an hour drive to Valkenburg (witch is lovely) and 10 minutes from the lovely city of Venlo with a lot of vintage style shops.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
we only stayed one night because we were invited to a birthday nearby - rooms are like on the pictures (if you want modern rooms, this is not the place). the bathroom was fairly modern/new. everything was clean.
for us the location was convenient for visiting venlo (if you are by car), i think for short stays to explore the surrounding area , this hotel is a good choice.
