The staff were really friendly, check in was easy, everything was exceptionally clean. The self-service shop near reception was really easy and straight forward to use, Plenty of essentials you may need there while you stay. The rooms were spacious, walk in shower and very clean. We requested a bigger bed which was provided and very comfortable. The TV in the room was easy to use and you could connect and play your own shows or movies on the Chromecast from your favourite apps. The pastries near the reception were delicious. When we ran out of something on our room, the reception sent someone within a few minutes to supply us with more of what we needed. Top customer service all around. The location was great and had a tram and metro, water taxi and if you don't mind walking and exploring like us, we just walked everywhere and discovered Rotterdam. Beautiful hotel and country. Thank you so much for a wonderful and very pleasant stay.

Perfect for business travel. Friendly staff and so easy to check in and out. Great rooms with an iPad to adjust just about everything and add extras like create ambience to suit. Also had books in my room which is read. Just perfect for my stay and needs really. The staff are also really quite awesome…hard to find excellent hotel staff nowadays and these guys were exceptional. I also liked the living room concept where you had drinks, food and could just chill. Great idea!

Location of the hotel was brilliant. Access to bus service into central Rotterdam was a positive too.

Room and bathroom was nice and clean, not any noise was noticed from the neighbors, the bed was comfy and clean. Great garden with some wild rabbits around was fascinating :), big swimming pool, and also nice place for the kids to play. Very big parking slots for 10euros per day and only 10min with train to the central train station in Rotterdam. Definitely we will come again.
