The location was excellent during 2024 Kingsday (reason for selection). Access during the festivities was easy and at any time possible to come and go. On normal days this location is in the center of the town with the Zoo just across the main square. A large shopping mall is in within minutes walking distance, as is the theater. The restaurant serves a variety of great dishes.

Wildlands is a great park! Also there was an impressive street market on Tuesday. The vibe of the town is very chill and friendly!
There are many good restaurants in the city centre :)

I stayed there overnight, the entrance for the hotel I had trouble finding, but the receptionist came downstairs and helped me find the place. Great friendly staff, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend to stay.

We went to Emmen to visit the zoo, but it is a lovely place to walk around. The ancient gravestones "de hunenbedden" are close by (you can walk to the location D43). Good variety of restaurants.

Anne-Marie and Marnix are excellent hosts. The accommodation is exceptional. Very clean with lots of facilities. The place has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. There is a lot of space in the bedroom/living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is secure parking. The centre of the beautiful town of Emmen is a short walk away. One of the finest places I have stayed at - in the world.
The breakfast was great, tasty, and fresh. It was as comfortable as the first time. I had a good and peaceful night just as I needed. For dinner, the soup was great to have in the cabin. Still loved the number of tea filters that were provided. It is a lovely place to have an overnight in Emmen.
A little gem of a place to stay in Emmen. The room (deluxe news) was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered and was very good quality. The hosts were excellent and facilities were very good.
The hotel restaurant had some amazing food such as the duck liver. The services was also top notch and I would recommend eating there every night over what is in Emmen city centre.
