The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacey and comfortable. I like the ease of the walk-in shower. The few questions that I had were easily dealt with by the staff.

We had a great breakfast. Nice warm buns, different cold cuts and cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit. Juice and milk.

It was beautiful. Very upscale, rather modern though very hygge…Our room looked over a green, sedum covered roof. We had an outdoor sitting area and it was very private. Totally loved having a luxurious tub bath. The bed was very firm and so comfortable. Being really close to the national park was wonderful too.
We liked the chalet. It was clean and had all the things that we needed. The rooms stayed cool during the day.
The sheets were also already in the beds (unlike another holiday park we had just come from where we had to put all the bed sheets on).
The pool had warm water and was nice.
Would be nicer if there were more play areas or activities for kids.
The entire thing was a disaster to be honest. The only thing we appreciated was the support we received the next day after we arrived at the reception from Naomi and Jeffrey and from the night manager Walter, who helped us pretty much with everything we needed. Truly lovely people, thank you for your help!
The location is very nice, in the middle of nature. The hotel is a quite luxury place of stay, very clean, well equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. WiFi worked well.
