The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A thoughtful touch was the hotel providing umbrellas for guests to use, which we greatly appreciated. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, offering a comfortable and airy feel. Additionally, complimentary water and coffee were available at the reception. We stayed here one night after our overseas flight. We were visiting family at the nearby hospital so the location is good. The restauarant was very patient with us as our dinner guests arrived in waves from the hospital and we shared a lovely meal.

Actually, Staffs are not helping. The shampoo is running out, they don't give a new one next to the pool. After check out I needed a dryer for my son's hair They didn't give me a hair dryer. At 6 pm they switch off the coffee machine and remove the tea from the desk. Also After breakfast, they removed again coffee and Tea again. When I told them about coffee, the old lady with red hair and glasses was very rude and scolded. If someone asks me about their hotel, I will tell them about my experiences.

This was our third stay in this hotel, as it is conveniently located when visiting Royal Park Live. The rooms are excellent, spacious with good beds, quiet and nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very correct and polite.
Bikes for rent are an excellent choice to go sightseeing via the great nature surrounding the hotel.
Breakfast has a great choice and a lot of options for those who want to eat something else than simply bread. Nice staff preparing fresh eggs and pancakes on the spot.
The hotel has very good and nice facilities, ideal for an event or just stay and enjoy the nature around,
