Location was good, breakfast was fine. Secure location for my bike, so that was good.
This hotel is located on the shores of the Dollart Bay. Eemshotel offers free Wi-Fi, bicycle rental and a sauna. The centre of Delfzijl is a 10-minute walk. Groningen is 30 minutes by car.

We found a lovely outdoor playground which or kids loved. Beach was disappointing. The museum is fantastic!!! Restaurants were a bit hard to find in the evenings so we've ended up eating in the hotel.

The city is quite beautiful in general, but one or the other place could be more cared for. There are not too many restaurants.
The place falls short of its possibilities, nevertheless it is a beautiful harbour town.

6 of us travelled by motorcycles to the area. Parking was easy and convenient across the road from the hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The evening meal menu was slightly reduced due to staffing issues, however the food on offer was good value and very nicely prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful
I'm very happy upon staying in Rita's B&B because it is in good location. The place is very clean and Rita itself she give a good care to her guest she's very helpful , generous. and very concerned to me. wnen I go back in Delfzijl I will still stay in Rita's B&B I love Rita shes very good to me.
