The comfort and bathroom amenities were very nice. The rooms were well made and the basics were all available. The location in Sittard was also good.
A tiny hotel with everything you need. The rooms were decent. The aircon was a life savor when it was 36 C* outside and the host and the owner were super flexible and friendly. Free parking outside and a short walking distance to everything "downtown".
It was one of the most perfect facilities we stayed in the Netherlands.
Hospitality, interest and attention were very good.
