It's in a beautiful location on the river, close enough to town but still in a quiet place.
We hired some bicycles from the hotel to get around, very reasonable priced.
Breakfast was more than sufficient to.
All up a great place to stay for a few nights.

Delightful small town. Many cafes, bars and restaurants. Very good bike shop where you can rent ebikes etc. Well stocked supermarket. Very pretty canal-side walks and good place to start or finish a bike ride. There was a free music concert in the local park when we were there. Boat trips available as well as paddle boarding etc.

Breukelen is small, some lovely cafes etc., but it is outside that you need to go along the Veght river, beautiful with fabulous river properties and mansions, Incredible gardens and plenty of boats, sloops and other river craft to watch,

Typical small Dutch town with a growing commercial district on the other side of the railway lines - close to the Loosdrecht lakes. Provides easy access by rail or bus to Amsterdam or Utrecht transport hubs. Semi-rural location.
We enjoyed this lovely 18th century home - even though the hot weather made the unairconditioned room uncomfortably warm. Fortunately a good fan was provided. Most local restaurants are closed on Mondays, but we enjoyed eating our take-away meal at the picnic table beside the river Vecht.
The place was new and modern. We felt very comfortable. Our dog was very welcomed and felt at home. It is near breukelen and bosdijk, so we get to be in nature but also not far from a town with restaurants. All in all, a great bnb. We will go back again.
An impressive hotel, just off the motorway. The gym, spa, pool and restaurant were great. Large and secure parking. Very impressive gardens around the building.
