I am not writing reviews often, but this time I really had to.
Location is great, main station nearby. Stuff was really friendly, although it is a restaurant, so there is no real reception and was a lot of guests, they found right away time for me. So check-in and check-out basically easy.
Small supplies like lotion and shampoo are plus.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
There is a really nice lounge to have some drinks. We came late due to traffic and they were very helpfull.
Don't forget to make reservations for the restaurant. We didn't eat there but we definitely will. The michellin star restaurant we won't miss next time.
De Zwaan is located in a monumental villa in the centre of Delden. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and Hengelo and Enschede are within easy reach.

Lovely boutique hotel in a nice small town. Good sized room and shower. Friendly and helpful staff.
City Hotel Hengelo is centrally located in Hengelo and only a 2-minute walk from the train station. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. Every floor of City Hotel Hengelo has its own theme.
U Parkhotel in Enschede features a terrace and a bar. It is located on the campus of University Twente. The rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Breakfast was really good. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had stayed at this hotel one year ago and liked it, so rebooked. It equalled my good experience from the first visit.
Both visits, I used the hotel for a one-night stop whilst driving from Denmark to Hoek van Holland for the ferry to the UK. The hotel is in a quiet and pleasant country location, not too far from my main motorway route. Room was comfortable, restaurant for dinner and breakfast very good, all staff friendly and helpful.
It is a small hotel. I had a cosy room. Tee personnel was very friendly. A new wintergarden is fantastic. They had luxury lockable space for my bakfiets.
