We were so happy that the flat was very private and best of all, it was very clean and accommodating. Love the fact that it had a washing machine. love that it had a cozy water canal in the back with different birds showing up in the water. The white swan was a blessing to see.

May I suggest having power converter for those coming from outside of Europe, even if there is a charge. Or at booking inform your guest what is needed in your country. Thank you. Beautiful place and scenery next to the water canal.

The location is amazing, the lake and farmland its amazing, You can see lot of different varieties of birds that you can enjoy throughout the day, you need to book a room in one of those camping sites or river facing rooms.
There was not much to do around, we had to go to hoorn for food and some shopping.
Amsterdam was 30 mins drive so its good that you can visit a day or two.
There is nice shipping dock with some farm animlas near by like 11mins drive which was good.
