This was my first time staying at a CitizenM, and it truly exceeded my expectations with how smooth the check-in process was, the hotel amenities, and the cleanliness of the rooms were top-notch. I especially liked the swapfiets bikes that the hotel provided for guests to use free of charge and that made the overall experience very pleasant.

The ship was an amazing place to stay. The room was a bit warm but still comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the free bikes to rent as well as the self paced ship tour.
Enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The room was basic, but I did have the basic room. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok, good value for money.
Excellent facilities/amenities, value for money compared to a tiny hotel room, cleanliness, friendliness.
