We arrived late and tired from travel to a house that felt like home. Ilse greeted us and served us freshly made delicious soup. The property is beautiful and well maintained old farm, and has a historical feel to it. The best way to summarise our stay is that this is not a B&B, it is an experience. We stayed at “De Opkamer” and it was inviting for us and our dogs. The bed is large and of very high quality. The supper, and the breakfast, are very tasty and I recommend paying the small price for the breakfast. This place is ideal for travelling with pets, you can leave your room and walk in the countryside in a minute. In Ilse’s B&B there is also a lovely home decoration boutique, run by Anushka. They were creating wool blankets, sourced locally. We ended up buying a few beautiful pieces for our home. This property is highly recommended, great value, and a memorable experience. Ilse is the perfect host.

Pool, jacuzzi, sports activities, cinema hall, activities for kids, lunch, dinner, pool table, etc. were amazing. Time flew by as we were having a lot of fun being in the midst of a lot of action happening in HUP. A la carte was great, enjoyed the vegetarian options a lot.

Everything was perfect, the staff very friendly, the room clean, comfortable, spacious, and secure lock up for our bikes. Breakfast on the terrace was divine. And the walk into town for dinner at Velvique made it the best night of our trip. Thank you!
Hotel is very very good. Our room was great, specious, very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. We had bath tube + shower. Also we had terrace access (ground floor). Breakfast is also very convenient (but we find it quite pricy). Also hotel and room are very stylish. Free private parking. We definitely recommend it!
Very nice place, old farmhouse but all renewed in new style, very beautiful . Few minute drive to next town, Asten. The beds are very good and everything taking good care of. Quiet and nice. We liked to visit the horses and the chickens. We liked the fields around. A nice place to relax.
The Hotel was unoccupied when we arrived. We pressed a bell beside the door and spoke to the owner who remotely let us and then arrived 10 minutes later to check us in and then went away. There were no other people staying so we were alone in the hotel all night; bizarre!
Very friendly,kind, helpful Ladies at the reception,small,cosy, clean Hotel. TV, shower, WC, soft bed.. ( dust only under the bed, but my home is worse haha), what do you need more?
