The restaurant had good food and delicious lattes. The staff was wonderful. The room had a/c, which was very nice. Definitely noisy. The bathroom needed a little updating. The bedroom could use some fresh paint. The bed was comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The little cottages were so charming, colorful, well kept. We loved the free roaming chickens and turkeys. Cats and dogs, beautiful stone pathways leading down to the small beach.

Such a unique experience at a great location! My room was wonderful, with an awesome volcano view. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are a estancia, not a hotel. A nice place surrounded by nature and old style. I got to see some new species of birds I didn't know, saw some petrogliphs, etc, Very quiet and charming.
I had some issues with bats, but the manager moved me to a nicer room, so they work the extra mile to keep visitors happy.

We had an amazing stay here and it was really hard to leave. Hector is an extremely kind host, and the food right across the street is incredible. We stayed in July and Playa Santa Cruz was really quiet and a great place to be.
