The service was amazing. The last day was raining very hard and our train was leaving in the late afternoon. They allowed us to stay until we had to go so that we wouldnt be soaking wet with all our backpacks.

The hotel is not far from the main square. Although the room didn't have much natural light, it was spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfy, with crisp, white sheets. The shower was good. The staff were nice....all in all, a lovely stay.

A beautiful properly in the heart of the city! The staff provided an amazing service, the best hosptial we’ve had in Central America! Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Location is right in the city center, everything is walking distance. The indoor garden is absolutely beautiful, an amazing place to relax! No aircon, but still pleasant with the fans. There's also a restaurant with many food options and a great bar. You can grab free filtered water and coffee. If you would like to do the volcano boarding (which I'd recommend), you can book it at the hostel. They also offer other activities and many shuttle options. Definitely book this hostel!
