Unfortunately when I arrived to the Hotel.
The receptionist was very rude and felt very uncomfortable at the Hostel.
Nicas are known for being friendly and very warm people. But this lady was perhaps having a bad day or something like that.
The Hotel is amazing with great facilities, very nice food and Vibes but I just wished the receptionist could have being more professional !

Gorgeous resort - the rooms are clean and large with good Aircon, the pool is lovely and the onsite restaurant is great (mains $10-15). The staff are lovely too.
