Liked · The toilet and the air conditioner were the only 2 things that worked well.
Disliked · I reserved the executive suite with the tub. They put me in the wrong room because the room had only a shower. They did change my room and put me on a room with a tub. The tub was dirty, and the shower part of the tub was broken. They also did not have a stopper to plug the hole so I could take a bath. So I went to Shoprite to buy disinfect for the tub and a stopper so I could take a bath. To take a hot bath, you had to call them to turn the hot water tank on, and sometimes you had to call them twice because they would ignore you. When you go to breakfast, they charge you for every little thing. For example, if you have coffee, you better drink it black because they charge you extra for the milk and sugar. You can not park your car there. There is no parking for vehicles. If you watch TV, you have to get up and walk to the TV because they did not give you a remote. I asked for a remote for the TV, and they said that they would bring me the remote but never did. The swimming pool is dirty. The whole place is dirty. One day, my husband and I were going out for the day. As we were leaving the hotel, a staff member stopped and wanted our key for the room. He thought we were checking out. My husband said no, we are not checking out. We are just going out for the day. Then the staff member said I still need your key card because you might lose it, and it will cost you #10,000 naira to get another key card. I told him we are not illegitimate children. We are gown adults, and you will not be getting my key card because I paid for the room and walked off. He acted like we couldn't afford #10,000 naira if we did lose it. There are many other stories I can tell you about this place, but this is already too long. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A CRAP HOLE. The pictures online are deceiving.

This was my first time visiting Nigeria. Ikeja was a great place to stay. Not too crowded but not too boring. The area was safe and there are things to do that are not too far. I enjoyed the Shoprite mall and frequented it a lot.

The ACs didn’t work in either room they charged me extraThen what I booked it for and then try to charge double price per room so they only charged me an extra 10,000 lol I’m from usa they are not friendly to American white people. And I paid for ac and the ac in whole plan didn’t work then they also gave me a worse room than I booked for they said they gave my room away then charged more was super hot and sucked don’t recommend not even in the worst emergency.

One thing I don’t like about hotels in Nigeria is that when you book for 2 they only want to serve breakfast for one never see that before they are cheating people and some rooms are not as described so have to be careful when booking I don’t like people that lies just to make money . Sorry to say but that is the truth and booking. Com should tell them what they are doing to customers are not good. And sometimes they cheat on booking.com by telling the people to cancel and stay less money but nothing really less. Please customers should not listen to them to cancel if you booked from booking.com

They are very unreliable because tell me why you should book for a room and come all the way from abroad and knowing fully well that you would arrive late, all for this people to rent out the whole unit keeping you stranded in the midnight of a country you don’t no.
No I won’t even recommend this place for my enemies, and having the order city to tell me that they have Annex which was some dirty hotels elsewhere, as if I didn’t know what I wanted abinitio
The bed is the most comfortable that we have stayed in for the past 37 hotels we have been in. The bathrooms are exceptional. The place is a littler older but very well maintained. This is our third night here. Ikeja is in mainland but recommend thus hotel over all the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at on Lagos island. We would not hesitate to stay here again .
My booking request was ignored, and early breakfast was impossible even if it was paid for. Roads leading to the place and the identity of the hotel were a problem.
The ambience in the room felt very homely. The staff were warm and helpful. The hotel was sound proof, despite being in a very central part of Ikeja. Love it
