Hopefully, there is staff that would help to carry bag and stuff since there is no lift 😅 bcause when guest came to labuan, they bring just a few bag.. but when they check out, a lot of stuff and many bag to carry.. i lost my energy to going up and down to pick up our stuff..

The hotel's room was great, all utilities we need are available , breakfast provided was acceptable. The location of the hotel is also awesome, just 5-6 minutes walk to the Ujana shopping complex with cinema. Closest to convenient shops too. All are satisafactory.
