The room was very cozy and the owner was very helpful - she helped me in finding the homestay and attended to my needs when i requested to book another room and continue my stay for a few more days. Lots of towels were provided and the house was cleaned frequently by the staff.
Paid in full that day. Check in at night. The staff directly said that the room was full. We were not given access to the hotel at all. Totally irresponsible. Committed commercial fraud. We decided to report it. They took our order and charged us money, and rented the room to other people.
