Very modern and amazingly located in terminal 2. While getting e-boarding passes and no checked bags took us 10 minutes to go from hotel check out to gate. Rooms were very comfortable and modern.

One Star - You Couldn’t Pay Me to Stay Here Again" **Review:** We decided to splurge on this property due to its proximity to the airport, hoping for a comfortable stay after a 24-hour journey from Canada to Malaysia. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived late, around midnight, and the staff initially seemed accommodating, allowing us to extend our checkout time due to our late arrival. However, the issues started as soon as we entered our room. The place was filthy—there was hair in the bathroom, stains on the towels, and a layer of dust throughout. While this was disappointing, the real shock came later. After showering and preparing to finally rest, we discovered **women’s underwear in the bed**. This was beyond unacceptable. We immediately called the front desk to report the issue and were told that someone would come up to assist us in moving to another room. We waited for 20 minutes, but no one came. Frustrated, we went to the front desk ourselves, and it was nearly 2 AM by the time someone finally escorted us to another room. The second room was slightly cleaner but still far from ideal. Instead of the double bed we originally booked as a couple, this room had two single beds, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we had prepaid for breakfast, but the next morning we were too exhausted to enjoy it. A new staff member reviewed the notes from the night before and assured us we would receive a full refund for our stay due to the subpar experience. While we appreciated this gesture at the time, it has now been over two months, and the promised refund has still not been processed. Despite repeated emails and attempts to follow up, we’ve been given the runaround with no resolution in sight. The lack of professionalism, the appalling uncleanliness of the rooms, and the false promises have left us with a deeply negative impression of this property.
