It's a nice place to staycation, not a long drive to JOhor...
It's a nice place to staycation, not a long drive to JOhor Premium Outlet,however not so convenient to drive into town for Foodies as the journey will be around 20-30 mins depending on the traffic flow.

The service and communications is great, polite and...
The service and communications is great, polite and professional.
But, needs improvement on the facilities and maintenance services. Need to set a protocol to maintenance staffs that they need to knock first and ask permission before they can let to enter for any maintenance service. They simply DO NOT just use their master card to straight bulge into the room. There may be occupant inside.

Staying at cel hotel is good , as there are any good shop is selling around good for shopping and walking distance to go sutera mall. But only the fact , hoping the facilities of cel hotel could improve ....
I liked 1)the proximity of the hotel to various shops and a mall across the street; 2) I arrived at about 1:20pm and they allowed me to check-in; 3) there's a complimentary, mini snack bar & lounge in the lobby area; and 4) the room was clean and the air-cond cooled the room easily.
I really didn't like anything...there is no any staff only have one old Indian lady...she was very very rude and disrespectful....I hate and I can't recommend this hotel to my friends or family cuz it's my bad experience..too bad...
The room is very clean,very comfortable to stay.
There are a lots of foods choices around that area by walking distance. I really had a good rest for two night stay with the hotel. Thank you
The hotel is seems spacious compare to other hotels nearby. There are nearby KK mart 24 hours, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. Free from bed bugs and cockroaches.
The bed is comfortable. Room is very clean. Service is good. Car park near to the hotel. Feel secure there's a security to look after the car at night.
