Convenient layover for my flight.
It is close to the airport so easy to get a grab car there and take the hotel shuttle back.
A great place to stay to get out of the airport and fresh air if you have a long wait between flights.
The outlet mall close by was a nice distraction and good place to pick up some bargains. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to use the pool or gym this time but it’s nice that it is there.

Good for price very clean n comfortable. Shuttle on time excellent. Near ERL express just parked my car conveniently and took grab to hotel.. Next morning shuttle at 4am to klia2. Arrived back klia2 took ERL to Salak Tinggi station

This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy.
We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. Each evening there was a market offering fresh food, local delicacies, and other items for personal or gifts.

there is no public transportation and restaurants are bit far, so it makes everything pricy when you have to order online taxis and food. better stay in down town in KL. overall this hotel is OK for just a one night stay

Needs black out blinds or curtains. Room still very light even at night from outside lights. Our first stay the key pad PIN to the door didn't work. Took some time to get sorted. Very annoying when you are tired. Second stay wifi didn't work. Lucky I was able to stand outside the door from the first stay and use the wifi to contact managers to sort out the wifi.
Otherwise rooms are clean and comfortable, close to small shopping centre and lots of restaurants close by. Definitely recommend for a stop over.

KL is a great destination.
KL is a great destination. Things are super affordable and people are very kind. Felt safe here the entire trip. Only down side, is the weather is extremely hot and humid. Nothing you can do about that. It is what it is. They do have awesome air conditioning so it helps a ton. nothing bad to say about this place. Want to come back again. Just a really long flight from the US.

This was our second one night stay in one week( travel to/ in Malaysia using KLIA). The hotel didn’t disappoint second time around. Room, again was very ambient with very comfortable bed and crisp clean sheets. We again used the complimentary buggy service from and to the arrival hall. Although the hotel is in easy walking distance (internal connection). it could be a bit cumbersome with big luggage pieces. We unfortunately had to miss breakfast due to a very early flight but thoroughly enjoyed it on the previous stay.
The room is big, comfortable, and nicely decorated.
The staff, especially Amin at the Reception, was very helpful and made our check in / check out very smooth. He even managed to arrange for a spa session for my partner even though we checked in quite late in the evening.
Breakfast is superb. Chef Asyikin and other staff were very helpful and attentive.
I had a good 5km run within the hotel compound and nearby beach. Nice route and views.
All my requests wer met and given by the hotel staff. Staff manager has cobtacted me before mybtravel dates. They made sure my transpo and all my enquiries were answered and addressed. The place has a nice location and near to neccessary finds. Great deal and the price was awesome. Super accomodating staff!!!!
Decent size room, modern but worn. Good air con and great location next to 7/11 and lots of eateries. Shame no fridge but kettle in room. Grab was 30 rm from airport and hotel gets you a taxi back for same price. Comfy beds.
