You need to visit this wonderful inn! It is an unforgetable experience to sleep in the highlands in between the rainforest. Gee and his team did everything to let us feel welcome. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. The inn welcomes you with a river where you can swim, you can cook with the team and they learn you to handle the blow pipe. We also made a hiking tour in the highlands and cooked in the wilderness and learnt a lot about different plants. We will for sure come back. It was amazing 😍

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The pots of plants were attractive. The room was clean. One of the breakfast staff, a small lady surprised us with an omelet each which was a kind touch.

The different areas of Ringlet are very interesting to visit however the traffic is a problem in the little towns. Not easy to cross the roads on a busy day. Plenty of eateries to choose from and different types of food. A fair number of atttactions including tea plantations and museums. The roads are extremely winding.

I have never chosen to stat in Ringlet prior to this.
I have never chosen to stat in Ringlet prior to this. Always either in Tanah Rata or Brinchang.
But this time I did - purely because that is where the hotel - The Lakehouse - is located, So I stayed in Ringlet because of the hotel.
Each part of the Highlands has different attraction and Ringlet is no exception. To me it is of course The Lakehouse.
I would be happier if the Sultan Aby Bakar lake in front of the hotel is not almost covered over with vegetation - there is something magical with a lake fully visible.!
