It’s in a great location and coffee available all day. I liked that the room key was required to access all areas beyond the lobby. The lobby itself has a nice sitting area. It was a nice place to enjoy my coffee in the morning. Very pleasant stay !

Location of the hotel was just right,only no parking lot available near the hotel.If unfortunate the driver need to park further towards the hotel area.
Upon checking the guest need to carry their luggage to take the lift towards level 1 reception counter. Our concern it was not suitable for the elders with their son n daughter.
Hotel guest are safe as their Security system was protected, and no visitor unable to enter.
Facilities in the hotel eg.water pressure was too weak, toilet bowl seat loosen and shower selector water keep dripping. No proper maintenance and was outsource.
Management of the hotel does not look into it seriously. Revenue is actually come from the facilities in the hotel and guest room. Even we heard the staff say those defects is quite sometime and has not been address even they highlight to management.
Well to all travellers' i just leave you to decide on the staycation. Thank you

Old Cultural city at the mouth of Muar River since 19...
Old Cultural city at the mouth of Muar River since 19 century, Muar is a town created early than Batu Pahat and Kluang that Negara Johor still does not have any roads to most of area. River is the main transport to move all the rubber from upper Muar river to Muar town.

But the.shops around the hotel were pleasantly new and surprisingly the eateries (restaurants and cafes) served pretty good and value for money menus and food. A couple of the shops were worth visiting like the DIY shops,l lingerie shop and gadgets shop made the little.shopping interesting. The highlight was Xiao Mei Otak factory outlet which was a 2km drive away from the hotel.

One of the greatest towns in Johor, I've travelled from SEGAMAT, Tangkak, LABIS, Chaah, Batu Pahat, Kluang, Air HITAM and Simpang Renggam. MUAR definitely holds a special spot in my heart ❤️

Muar is a small town.
Muar is a small town. I like to stop here on my way from Melaka or to Melaka. there is a lot of good food in Muar, and Jalan Haji Ali is one of the most concentrated food area there. You can see many stalls selling the famous Muar otak-otak freshly grilled. Each stall have their own recipe. Also Muar is the only place where you can eat satay for breakfast as it is normally a night food elsewhere.

The check in process was fast and simple. The location of the hotel is good, being close to eateries, beauty spa, Muar river, money changer, laundromat etc.The view of the Muar river is beautiful.
