Best pillow you will ever have in your life. We moved to the smaller challets. The beach in the resort is not the best as there are a lot of debris so bring water shoes. The staff were all nice especially the front desk. Food is great.
This homestay provides air-conditioned accommodations with free Wifi. Towels and bed linen are provided in the homestay. The accommodation is non-smoking.

On the very first night I had calamari & chicken from buffet...
On the very first night I had calamari & chicken from buffet, got food poisoning l, don't know if it was the calamari or chicken. Luckily partner didn't have any of those dishes, she was ok where I had to stay inside the room with bad stomach and the runs, couldn't eat anything for 3 days! Had very bad experiences, paid $2400 AUD to be in my room and use the toilet for 2 nights and 3 days without any food!

Mersing is not a town to visit.It is simply the starting...
Mersing is not a town to visit.It is simply the starting point to get to Tioman island and other islands.Do Not stay in the town….it is run down with nothing to do.I stayed at the best hotel and it was disgusting…..see my trip advisor review under Blighty.

The main reason to stay in Mersing is to catch the ferry to...
The main reason to stay in Mersing is to catch the ferry to Tioman Island the next day. For a couple fo hours there's are enough possibilites to have a snack or a meal, get money from an ATM (you'll need cash on Tioman) and do last minute shopping.

A small fishing village where you can easily access by foot to the local foods, nearby beaches, river, etc.
We have also visited the Bt Selantai, Pulau Mawar, The Green Lake, by hired private cars.
A must try roti bakar & their nasik dagang is a bonus !
The fried carrot cake & noodles is fanstastic with reasonable price.

It is a budget hotel and not really much to expect. But it is located at the end lot of a row of shophouses and has extra parking space at the adjacent lot (although is paid public parking). Nearby restaurant and shops mean that it is convenient to find cooked food or other stuff. Walking distance to the public bus terminal.
The decor was very pleasant and super clean. The service was very professional and positive. All feedback was handled professionally. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the beach and conveniently located. We will definitely come back.
The beach so beautiful.. just the food not worth for money.. the room cleanliness should be improved..for me the cleaner just clean it so so only.. all the staff there are good & helpfull .. btw it's a beautiful island to enjoy with family
