The unit was very clean and nearby Desaru Beach, we book it like emergency but still can accept our booking. The owner also polite and nice to talk.

Property is well maintained. Abt 5-10mins drive to KT plaza. Can easily book grab and or order food from grab also. Best to book for a homestay in KT instead of booking hotels.
