The hotel is spacious and provided with quite complete facilities e.g. big swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. A good place for short vacation. It's located next to Kijal beach which is clean and my kids likes it alot.
However, the hotel may need upgrading as it's amenities are quite aged.

Beware of booking online through their website though. A colleague of mine did so and the transaction site said the transaction failed. He tried again and again it said it failed. Upon getting to the hotel he was told he had multiple bookings and his credit card had charges. The only point of contact to amend it was a phone number and an email. After calling, they didn't offer to reverse the transaction. They offered to change the date but insisted that the new date be decided on that day itself. After speaking to some of the staff it would appear that this is not an isolated incident but it happens all the time. Terrible service from a company of this size punishing their customers for a Web page of theirs that is faulty.

The hotel itself needs to be refurbished and it looks a bit spooky upon our arrival. Surprisingly the room interior is nice with seaview..Its clean and the bed is so comfy. The Service is good from front desk, Housekeeping and they even offer us to park our Car right in front of the lobby. The housekeeping acts so fast whenever we need any extra towels or drinking water…Thanks all!!
the hotel is maintained well enough despite being an old hotel. my room had an very nice view of the sea and swimming pool. it has a few things for children to do like swimming pool, giant chess board, giant snake & ladder and a few others. the staff are very nice. especially those at hainan express cafe that were friendly.
Very nice quiet one night stay in Kijal. Had very good sleep. Breakfast was adequate and tasty, cooked by the owner. Owner is very friendly. We will definitely come again.
