Courtious & attentive staff. The staff went all the way in providing free transportation when my son was stranded at the bus station during wee hour. The best part was cleanliness of the establishment. Won't be our last time booking at Singgah Kertih. Keep up your good job.
Hotel was great. Room clean, bed comfortable, nearby shop available likes Tealive, 7 eleven, restaurant and staff was helpful and polite. They also have elevator so easy for customer to bring the luggage to the room.
