Kangar is the capital of Perlis.
Kangar is the capital of Perlis. The city life is at very slow pace. Suitable for those whom planning to escape from busy metropolitan life. Safety is secured here where the crime rate is very low. Many good food and coffee around.
Those whom love nature, can go hiking and explore caves here. The sunsets from the paddy field or Kuala Perlis, will fascinate anyone whom appreciates nature.

Was underrated before. But now one of my favourite destination. Surrounded by paddy field, hiily area, beautiful countryside... Good food and cheap... Padang Besar is the location that you might not want to miss it...

It's a simple town. There's not much to do.
It's a simple town. There's not much to do. There are some lovely parks nearby. There are shops. The only big building I recall seeing in the town is a government-services building opposite the bus station.

Location is in the center of Kangar town, which is very good. Near to most restaurants and KFC is just down stairs. Too bad, my stay was during Raya Haji, almost all restaurants are closed wxcept for KFC. Lots of power outlet. Each on both side tables, 2 at dressing table. That’s good. Mattress don’t have good support. It stays down once you sat on it. Pillow not enough stuffing. Too thin and low. Interior of the room is nice, with SPC tiles and PVC ceiling. Gives cottage feeling.
It felt like home. Everything was complete. Nearby restaurants and Kangar city centre. Host was quick to reply any questions. Very suitable for family stay. Highly recommended.
The location, although it a bit far from Kangar and is facing the KTM rail line that cause a noisy sound until midnight. But its fine. There also has 2-3 cats.
