Very close to the bus depot. Jetty is walking distance but if you buy a ticket through them, taxi transfer included and came on time. If you are interested in local food such as Pulut Lepa and Nasi Kerabu, there are cheap local restaurants near by. also a big supermarket open late. Looking for close to the bus depot, AC and cheap, this is the place. It's clean, staff is good. I liked local ( Malaysian ) HearbaTree Natural Shampoo. Nice touch to support local business? It was a good shampoo.

The place is very clean, with basic amenities available & situated in quiet surroundings, making it a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly & responsive to any query. A lot of the mini marts and eateries there mainly cater for tourist so a lot of the prices are a bit on the high side. Even 7-11 is charging more for basic items like tooth paste, shower gels and all.
Alcohol is not available widely, so it's wise to purchase at nearby towns before heading over.

Nice place, beautiful scenery. will come again with family. Went to Pantai Bukit Keluang. The beach very clean and properly taken care with. Not many visitors So many historical places and traditional Malay architecture places to visit for example Istana Tengku Anjang, Besut, Masjid Jerteh, Pusat kraftangan kayu, etc.

For the money, it's an excellent place to stay for the night if you are planning on taking the first boat out to Pulau Perhentian the next day. The jetty is opposite the hotel and the guys at the hotel provide boat transfer to and fro the island as well.
Good location, being in close proximity to the bus station and the boat jetty. Easy check in/out, good communication from the owner. Bikes where available for use
Very nice and helpful host. Arranged a taxi from airport for us. Drove us to the jetty.
