Property was clean & spacious. Basic amenities were provided including bottled water and instant coffee mix. The kitchen was equipped for cooking if necessary for longer stays & basic cleaning supplies were also provided. Location was very convenient as I had gone for work purposes. Would definitely stay again.

The staffs are well.trained and all are very helpfull from the front desk to the cleaners, maintenance, waiters and waitresses. The surrounding are clean but its toilet needs thorough cleaning. The linens and towels too. The bed unfortunately is hard and can feel the springs but not to the level that hurts you when you wake up in the mornng. I have experienced much worse than this.. Anyway, it mayhave reached its end of life span and may need replacement or at least add foam toppers.
Location wise, its one of the best and it is near to all historical places, foods and malks Parking lots are plenty. Just next lot there is a chinese reataurant with a bar serving great food, salted egg chicken is one of the best for me so far other than seafood and the price is fair..
This hotel even have a small roof top pool on top of building 1. Building 2 is next to it and with higher level.
The breakfast is at its star rating. Simple but enugh and constantly refilled. Kitchen crews are fast and friendly too.
Why am i a regular here? I think i have slept here more than 10 times. Its because of the location and parking space. Water dispenser for hot and cold are available at all levels suitable for guests like me who drinks a lot. They put an effort to provide complimentary snacks set which is an attraction for the kids and adults too.
Price wise with all factors is fair enough.
Overall they have improved in terms of breakfast, signages, safety and especially their staf are at par with a 5 star employees. Congratutations.

I like the interior design. It has the cultural baba nyonya aesthetic. I love that every room equipped with bath tub. The herbalines soap & shampoo smell so nice. The welcome lemongrass drink. The staff are friendly. There are spa & vegan restaurant below the hotel. Parking is easy too. The water pressure is also good!
