It was my husbands birthday the weekend we stayed and the housekeeping and catering staff provided a decoration on the bed for our arrival and then a small dessert was delivered to the room. It was a lovely surprise and service. Thank you for making it special. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable and we had a view of the pool and some of the sea (we had booked a city view room). All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and warm and we were greeted with smiles and kindness at every interaction. The products/toiletries provided in the rooms are lovely and of a high quality.

Nice room for a family stay! Hotel provided amenities like body shower, towel, drink sachet, tv, hotel lift. For iron facilities, you have to call the receptionist & request to them. Location is very strategic I guess since they have morning market at the back of the hotel. Also can walk around 10-15mins to Filipino market. Lots of market around the hotel for people to shop for souvenirs! Recommended!
