The entrance is lovely and the staff were welcoming. The rooms are basic. And the bathrooms are not great- we did not use the showers. We also found that there was black mild stains on our pillows. The central area needs attention.

The room is clean. Also provided enough towels and water bottles. The service of Mandy is excellent. She keep on following before check in and also after checked in. She help us to contact some local agent for our island hop in. When the recommended agent is fully booked we went to get some external agent. She also help to verify for genuine of the agent to avoid any scams. When we back from trip she met us downstairs and asked for how is the trip etc.
