The cleanliness is tiptop. The price is very affordable for that kind of hotel. Not very spacious but good enough as a budget hotel. The toilet is super duper spacious which I like so so much. The facilities were super good and complete enough. Seriously this is beyond budget hotel. I am travelling to UKM and its really near and not crowded to go there. Parking is also available and many. It has lift and water dispenser.

Love the location. Variety of restaurants. However, staff to slow to act. And please have a staff to carry our luggage especially the room in 2nd floor. No lift. Difficult for me travelling with kids to carry a lot of stuff alone to 2nd floor. Room service is excellent. I left my gold chain under the pillow. It was still there. They came n remind me to be careful. I am very grateful.
