Excellent location and stay. There are 2 convenient stores, one is on the left next to the property and one is across the street. A bank is next to the store across the street. There are eateries within walking distance on the left and on the right. 70 pesos of taking taxi to/from Chichén Itzá for about 5 minutes or 25 minutes of walking. The courtyard is nice and the bird is friendly.
