The staff at the hotel was incredible! We were stuck in San Bruno and was trying to get back to Mérida but were having difficulty finding a ride(taxi). I contacted the hotel and the representative there was able to arrange everything for us. We were overwhelmed and grateful how he went above and beyond for us. The service was impeccable.
