Helpful, friendly staff who helped arrange drivers to Ek Balam and nearby cenotes at reasonable prices. Clean spacious room and bathroom, AC, bottled water in room, coffee available at reception from 6AM so we didn't have to wait until breakfast. Attractive grounds with nice seating around pools. very convenient location - super easy to walk all over town from. We were also able to store our bags in the hotel before we could check in. We requested a 2nd floor room and they put us on the main floor but then managed to move us up as requested. Definitely a great option for a night or few nights! And very beautiful rooftop restuarant and pools!
