We had a great time at the hotel. It's conveniently located close to the center but in a quiet area. The pool area is very beautiful and the room is quite big and very clean.
The hotel manager Carla was amazing and helped us with everything we needed (tours, taxis, recommendations,..).
Take a taxi to get there as the streets are quite flooded.
We would definitely stay here again :)

I liked that the hotel had basic amenities like hot water, a flushing toilet, and a shower without odors, which were better than other places I stayed on the island. I also appreciated that two of my three nights were quiet, providing a break from noise disturbances. However, these positives felt minor compared to the many issues I experienced.
