This hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom especially was spotless. This was a huge relief and miles above most bathrooms I've encountered during almost 15 years traveling around Mexico. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water--which also aren't guaranteed in Mexico.
The location is just a couple of blocks from the Zocalo, and the building is very pretty inside. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and I appreciated that the staff let me into the room a couple of hours early. I didn't interact with the staff much, but all my interactions were positive.
Generally speaking, I would recommend this hotel and consider staying here again.

location excellent right on the center of the Historic Center, surrounded by great restaurant, shops. The setting was very comfortable the pool area was a bonus. The pool has Bar and food service. Next time in Oaxaca City, this will be the place i stay.
