Friendly helpful staff. Olivia was especially helpful and cheerful. She arranged the taxi service for us to go into town. The pool was great. The room was plenty big enough and included everything we needed. The A/C was perfect as it was quite HOT while there!

For the most part, our vacation was enjoyable, we made it work, my husband and I stayed at this establishment for 14 days. Although we were not expecting resort treatment, management was not at all welcoming. We had been to Cabo on a yearly basis up until the pandemic and we were forced to not travel. The difference between this hotel staff management and our home Resort at Playa Grande is duly noted. Next time I'll just wait for availability at my home resort, lesson learned. Irene from the breakfast staff was probably one of the only employee's that seemed to enjoy her job or helping guest. Kudos to Irene,

My favorite spots was the place that we stay and the beaches. The place that we liked it a lot, but was to espencive was "Edith's Restaurant" Getting around Cabos was really easy, everything was so close to us and it felt really safe walking in the night.

One of the best beaches in Mexico, with lots of pretty views and a lot of activities to do! For sure I would return, this is my fourth time visiting it. El Chileno Beach is a really nice beach, and there are some others that are far from Cabo San Lucas but worth the trip! The less touristic ones are the best ones. There is a place next to the hotel called El Paceñito that makes great food and the prices are okay for the quantity and quality. I also went to Baja Seafood and the food was great. There are not many bridges to cross the road so it is better to move by car or taxi.

The food was great at our stay but that was about the best thing. The entire vacation was way overpriced and did not feel welcome at all. We actually had one person tell my wife that us Americans were entitled an he would kill her and bury her. I will not spend my money at this resort or even in Mexico ever again

This tour was great! Our tour guide "Jesus" was very informative regarding the history of the spots we visited and neighborhoods we passed threw. He was professional, pleasant and respectful. The glass bottom boat tour and the church were really nice! I did a tour similar to this last year with a different company and it was horrible! I enjoyed this so much more...

Really beautiful place and a must-see in life! We've enjoyed the restaurants and shops. There are a lot of options of everything: shops, restaurants, hotels, tours. Our favorite restaurant was Tres Sirenas - it was amazing and an event! Highly recommend it but it is pricey.
We didn't find the city very kids friendly: not stroller friendly and lots of party places (which we expected but not in that dimension and it was only end of April).

Most beaches are not swimmable and pretty packed at the few that are. The traffic is horrible so consider Uber rides instead of renting a car like we did. Uber there is excellent. The prices in Cabo were quite a shock from my prior visits years ago. I don’t feel 4 tacos, 3 margaritas, 1 beer and raw oysters should cost $180.00. The area is already overdeveloped and yet the construction continues. Way better spots in Mexico.

Lovely garden. Really good wifi. Nice and quiet place. Lovely staff. Felt super safe. Beds are comfy and not shaky at all like usually. Location was good because it was a bit further away from the noisy roads and clubs. I didnt like cabo san lucas at all as a city - one of the best parts about it was this hostel and its cats ❤
The location was great for walking around town but not being right in the middle of the touristy areas. We couldn't hear all the bars/nightclubs at night, which was great. The pool was really nice and a great place to hang out for the morning. There are some good cafes and restuarants near the hotel.
Location, very convenient for our trip purposes and in general, as it is in a very nice hotel area of the city. Friendly staff, kind of old but functional installations, and excelent price for the zone. View from the room was very nice, the iconic San Lucas Arch.
Check in was great, very friendly staff, hotel was excellent, very clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options amazing with over 5 bars and restaurants. Entertainment was pretty good too. Pool bar service a plus.
The hotel is quaint, beautiful, comfortable, secure, location is excellent. Staff is wonderful. The new restaurant, Cordiano, is beyond amazing. The 3rd floor patio is great.
